Happy Hens

All 7 of our laying hens enjoyed the early spring garden today. This will likely be their last day to enjoy the full garden (except the one bed that has garlic planted last fall) as we'll likely begin direct seeding in the beds over the next few days.

The 3 at the back are enjoying a dust bath. The soil in that spot is warm and sandy and they can't resist bathing in it to clean off the long winter!
